HOTEL POLICIES
- Check-in 3pm, checkout noon.
- Four-night minimum stay during ACL and SXSW music festivals. Three-night minimum stay during Memorial and Labor Day weekends. Two-night minimum stay during New Year's Holiday.
- Deposit: Your credit card will hold your room and 7 days prior to check-in, we will run the credit card on file for your entire stay. During ACL, SXSW, special events and full house bookings, we will run your credit card one month prior to your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Currency conversion feature is for comparison only; all transactions are purchased in US dollars.
- Cancellations: Partial or full cancellations must be made either one week or one month prior to your check-in date or you will be financially responsible for your entire stay unless we can re-book your room. If we are able to rebook your guest room, you will receive a full refund minus a 6% fee. Please note, if you have an email spam blocker and/or have not received your email confirmation, please check your junk mailbox or call 512.912.1046 to discuss your reservation. you will be financially responsible for your entire stay unless we are able to rebook you guest room.
- Two guests per room. An additional charge of $50 will be charged for a third person.
