Terms and Conditions

• Check-in 3pm, checkout noon.
• Two-night minimum stay weekends, 3-4 night minimum stay during special events and holidays.
• First night’s deposit is required when making your on-line reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
• Cancellations must be made seven days prior to 3:00 pm arrival or the first night’s deposit is forfeited plus processing fee. Two weeks cancellation is required during special events and holidays. If cancellation is made less than seven and fourteen days prior to arrival, you will be financially responsible for your entire stay unless we are able to rebook you guest  room.
• One to Two guests per room
• No smoking, pets, or children under 16 years
• Alcohol permitted on the premises
